About us

Whether your script explicitly mentions sustainability or not, producing your story has a carbon impact; climate is present in EVERY STORY. As filmmakers and sustainability consultants ourselves, we are here to assist you with all things related to sustainability in the entertainment sector.

Green Eyes Do?
About us

We examine a project’s full life cycle, from the script stage through pre-production, production, post-production, all the way to the final stages of festival, sales, and distribution windows. Our aim is to achieve the sustainability goals of your company in a manner that best suits your specific needs and workflows, with the ultimate goal of creating a livable world for everyone.

Our motto is ‘livable sustainability.’ We assess your project and assist you in developing a tailored, effective plan to become more carbon-neutral. At the end of each project, we provide a calculation and a detailed report. Trained sustainability runners and coordinators are deployed to supervise the productions, facilitating crew understanding and engagement with our sustainability efforts. We provide all signage and communication materials, along with regular data collection for the production to monitor progress and ensure compliance with pre-existing sustainability guidelines such as PEACH/PEAR or Albert.

Our Mission

We are consistently on the lookout for new, innovative technologies and partners to collaborate with (so please do get in touch!). Our objective is to discover solutions that benefit everyone involved—the film crew, producers, financiers, and the Earth. We take into account economic constraints, consider local differences in each territory, and work towards building a balanced strategy that enhances the production flow.

Our mission and goal as environmental professionals are encapsulated in ‘PEOPLE, PLANET, PROFIT.’ We are passionate about what we do and strive to carry this enthusiasm wherever we go.

If climate isn’t in your story, it’s science fiction.
Dorothy Fortenberry (writer-producer of The Handmaid’s Tale, Extrapolations).
